Sky New Relationship Show

Sky has announced a new relationship show, The 100 Day Split, which will see couples who have been together since childhood forced to split up for a period. 

The challenge will see the six couples become 12 singletons for 100 days, during which time they must reconnect with themselves as individuals – revisiting old hobbies, rethinking their career paths and even going on dating apps. 

Experts will be on hand to guide the participants through the process, and at the end of the 100 days the couples will be reunited and faced with the question of whether they want to remain coupled up or would be better off apart. 

Filming on the 12-part series begins this summer ahead of a transmission on Sky in early 2027.
