Vanessa Show Axed 

Channel5 has axed Vanessa Feltz’s daytime phone-in show. 

The decision comes after months of prank callers pretending to be EastEnders characters making it onto the live programme. 

In a statement issued by Channel5 said Vanessa will be “rested” from 17 July due to “afternoon scheduling changes”. 

“We thank Vanessa and her team at ITN for 18 months of warm, witty, wise and searingly honest shows,” the statement continued. “Vanessa remains a valued member of the 5 family and we are discussing future projects together.” 

Launched in March 2025, Vanessa sees the 64-year-old presenter joined by a panel of guests to discuss newsworthy topics, with Feltz also taking live calls from viewers.
